What is The Corporate Horse?
The Corporate Horse is a Leadership, Team Building, Communication excursion led by Rich Affonso and Lisa Foster, that provides an opportunity to break away from the office and invest in one another.
In partnership with our animals, participants work together - outside of their traditional comfort zone - to accomplish on-ranch activities. Each activity is designed to increase collaboration and push teams ability to communicate in non traditional manners. In essence, the day is about building trust, increasing connection and improving team dynamics. All of which leads to a more productive and collaborative environment.It is the Corporate Horse's philosophy that breakthrough is far more likely out in the open air than in a stuffy conference room.
